Participant

Introduction

Participant is a concept of agent participating in the chat. By default, all statistic is based who is an owner of the chat. It can happen that chat can be transferred to multiple agents during it's life time. So participant is an agent who participated in a chat.

Where new statistic can be seen?

If you click edit chat in debug window you will see participant information which afterward is used in statistic.
