Chat status

There are three chat statuses:

  1. Pending - chat was not opened by operator
  2. Active - chat is active
  3. Closed - chat is close
  4. Bot - chat is in bot mode
  • Then user initiates chat, chat gets Pending status and appears in administration panel as pending one.
  • Then responsible person start chat it gets active status.
  • ​Then responsible person get closes chat it gets closed chat.
